Holy Thursday: "7 Churches Visitation"
In many areas of the world, the "7 Churches Visitation" is a well-known and beloved tradition. During the evening of Holy Thursday, the first day of the Holy Triduum, participants attend a Mass service at their home parish, and then visit other churches in the area. The Blessed Sacrament is on an Altar of Repose, for worshippers to come and adore for the duration of the night. This year we will participate in this tradition and adore the Blessed Sacrament virtually. Join students this Holy Thursday at 9 pm on Zoom to virtually visit churches. Participants are welcome to share their screen to show their home parish, through photos or livestream. Many churches will be livestreaming Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from their website on the night of Holy Thursday. You can check if your church will be and we can "stop in."
