Nature Walks and Meditations
This
Thursday, June 10th we will hold our first nature-meditation walk at the Cornell Botanic Gardens. Meet up with other community members staying in Ithaca over the summer, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, and be inspired by the natural setting for some peaceful reflection, prayer, and meditation. You can meet campus ministers Matthew and Lizzy in front of the
Nevin Welcome Center; they will start the walk at
4pm. All are welcome. You can e-mail Lizzy (ell67) with any questions.
Sunday Meetups
Meet up for brunch following the Sunday 10:30am mass at Immaculate Conception Church! We will gather outside of the church following Mass, then walk to a brunch location nearby. You can look for campus ministers Matthew, Lizzy, and baby Dominic! All are welcome.
Adoration
Immaculate Conception Church offers Eucharistic Adoration every Friday at 7 pm. This is a quiet time to be in the presence of Jesus and pray. All are welcome and sign ups are not required.
Summer Ministry
There will be several opportunities to stay connected and continue your faith journey with Cornell Catholic Community this summer. This July, our staff will be leading an exciting new pilot program: This Catholic Life: Real Talk about Living as a Catholic in the Contemporary World. This program will be offered over “hybrid style,” so that wherever you are in the world this summer, you can join us for these critical conversations.
